Prior to a new employee starting work, we can assess fitness for the role and give advice on recommended adjustments, support measures, guidance on the Equality Act (2010).
The employee is required to complete a health questionnaire on line and if there are any concerns raised regarding any medical conditions one of our team will have an initial telephone consultation to assess the situation further. If required we can arrange an Occupational Health Physician face to face assessment.
Please assure your employees that all medical information is kept in confidence and only a functional report will be sent to the employer with the employee’s consent.
