We are all spending so much time sitting at a desk and working on computers in various locations it is important that we set our workspace up correctly to minimise any musculoskeletal problems.

We can visit your workspace and assess your equipment or we can do a video consultation. We give advice and guidance to ensure you maintain good posture throughout your working day.
